Where we ship
Australia, New Zealand, North America, Canada, Europe, Singapore and Japan.
Shipping carrier
All Australian orders are dispatched from our Sydney warehouse with Australia Post.
All North American and Canadian orders are dispatched from our warehouse in New Jersey, NJ.
All other orders from remaining countries will have their order dispatched from our warehouse in Asia, shipped express with local carriers.
Processing time
Orders are processed and dispatched within 2 business day.
Orders placed before 2:00 pm AEDT are usually shipped the same day.

Christmas & Holiday Shipping
For our Australian customers, with fast dispatch from Sydney, most metro orders arrive within 1–4 days.
For Christmas gifting, we recommend ordering early due to increased AusPost volume.
